With more than 15 years of professional experience in development cooperation, my working experience and education has been mainly carried out in international development cooperation project formulation and implementation (UNDP, World Bank, IADB, etc.) particularly in programs focusing on Global Citizenship, Migration (integration in Europe and reintegration upon return), Gender, and mainstreaming crosscutting issues such as Good Governance and HR based approach. I have sound knowledge of Results Based Management techniques, Evaluation procedures of Social projects and programs and Project Cycle Management. I possess a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics, and a Masters degree on International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. I also possess academic background on project evaluation and gender issues. I work in OEI since 2012 as project manager, dealing with Global Citizenship and Gender. Since 2016, I have also been involved in “Lights to Learn” project, supporting Ms. Angelica Paez, LtL Program coordinator
