I work at the intersection of Organizational Development and Knowledge Management to support Organizational transformation efforts. I apply the principles of liberating structures, appreciative intelligence, action learning and human centered design, to facilitate the development of flexible, emergent solutions relevant to the Organization’s context. I am passionate about supporting knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer and collaboration, and am interested in facilitating organizational learning, and enabling effective ways of working with stakeholders to deliver desired results.
