Fabio Tarasow to participate in the AI in Education Hackathon

Recognized for his extensive experience in educational innovation, online learning, and the design of technology-enhanced learning experiences, Fabio Tarasow has led initiatives for many years aimed at strengthening the pedagogical use of technology. His work promotes a vision in which educational innovation depends not only on technological tools, but also on the teaching strategies that support them. 

The session will take place on Tuesday, September 29, at the following times:

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how artificial intelligence is transforming teaching, learning, and the role of educators. They will also explore approaches for integrating these technologies into educational settings in a critical, creative, and responsible manner. The session will provide insights into how educational institutions can adapt to a rapidly changing landscape while maintaining a strong focus on pedagogical goals and the holistic development of learners. 

The Inter-American AI in Education Hackathon seeks to bring together educators, school leaders, innovators, specialists, and students from Latin America and the Caribbean to develop solutions that improve educational processes through the ethical and strategic use of artificial intelligence. This initiative is organized by the OAS Educational Portal of the Americas and Fundación Ayuda en Acción.
