ProFuturo, the initiative promoted by Fundación Telefónica and "la Caixa" Banking Foundation to bring digital education to boys and girls in vulnerable areas.
It has already benefited around 5.8 million boys and girls in 23 countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
ProFuturo’s educational proposal incorporates technology, educational content, and learning/teaching methodologies for teaching staff and students, with the goal of transforming the education of boys and girls. In addition, this project aims to welcome and encourage the participation of other companies and institutions in the education sector, and it aspires to create a large international network of centres that teach, learn and share knowledge in order to achieve better education worldwide through a joint effort.
