Crime and Intelligence Analysts play a critical role within their police agencies. Crime and Intelligence Analysts support their agencies by working to identify criminals, solve crimes and investigations, provide statistical information that helps their command staff, home owners, city and county commissioners. Crime and Intelligence Analysts are regularly overlooked and rarely receive the recognition and appreciation that they deserve. September 20th of each year is dedicated to acknowledging the hard work and efforts of the Crime and Intelligence Analysts.
