Germain Anthony is the Curriculum Specialist for Technology Integration in Education at the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Gender Relations and Sustainable Development in Saint Lucia. He is very focused on teacher ICT capacity development as the key factor for successfully achieving positive outcomes for technology in education initiatives. He is also a persistent advocate for OER as one of the most important means of increasing access to education.
